Account manager new business

RealFaceValue is seeking a New Business Accountmanager. You will be responsible for leading new business processes, taking it from lead generation to the signing of new clients.

We focus on how you look, more specifically how your face is perceived and what can actually be achieved, and by which treatment while staying within the boundaries of natural appearance. We are active in multiple markets with a focus on health and beauty. Real Face Value received a considerable amount of seed funding and we are ready to expand the team to 5-10 people. Job description

You will be responsible for leading new business processes, taking it from lead generation to the signing of new clients. You will establish and maintain the best possible relationships with our clients, and you will be able to grow the revenue of the accounts based on the best consultative advice. You are going to visit potential clinics in the Benelux and help them to open up a whole new perspective in consultation for optimal results. You will be working directly with the Sales & Marketing director of RFV.


  • Lead new business qualification and pitch processes. Know how to convince clients to work with us;
  • You’re able to make contact with key decision-makers like CEO’s, Head of clinics or hospitals and networking is in your DNA;
  • Deliver all written input (or other materials) for facilitate the pitch process on international pitches;
  • Developing go-to-market strategies and new service propositions;
  • Convincing them through consultative selling. You have sales experience to start and build solid relationships with potential clients and partners.

Required skills

  • Bachelor and or Master degree
  • Have at least 3-5 years of experience in a new business role with a focus on saas, preferably in the healthcare or cosmetic industry
  • Have great communication skills (verbally and written) and the ability to persuade;
  • Are experienced in working on pitches;
  • Are proactive and like to take the lead;
  • Are ambitious, commercial, results-oriented and know how to plan and organise;
  • Are fluent in both Dutch and English.
